Part time Bright Futures Upbeat – Project Administrator
7 hours per week £18,795 pro rata, £3556 (actual)
Fixed term until 31st July 2020
Bright Futures Upbeat project delivers support to young adult carers in Devon, including one to one support, peer support activities, family support, training, information and more. The project has a powerful and positive impact on young adult carers who are trying to maintain work or education whilst providing a caring role.
The project is delivered by a consortium of 4 charities and managed by TTVS. As the Administrator you will provide support to the Bright Futures Project Manager, based in Bideford at TTVS. The administrator also supports the wider team with data collection and administration.
Main duties include:
- General clerical activities to include; minute taking, printing, filing, desktop publishing, collating statistics and designing forms
- Updating project database and maintaining project records
- Updating project website and publicity materials
